Just How Good Is It On a Scale of One to Ten?

I have to exceed my usual scale here, because this is a magnum opus. The
sum of these three parts is a stunning success for serving public
libraries, brilliantly conceived, implemented, and delivered. WBPLE earns
a resounding 11. I love it!
